2 Dead, 2 Critical in Four Unrelated Shootings in Phila.

Philadelphia homicide detectives are investigating two unrelated homicides and two other shootings that occurred early Sunday.

Around 1:30am, police say a 19-year-old man was shot three times in the head in the 2600 block of Hobson Street in Southwest Philadelphia’s Elmwood section. He was pronounced dead on arrival at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) around 3:00am.

Also at 3:00am, homicide detectives moved to the Logan section where a 62-year-old man was shot in the chest just around the corner from Albert Einstein Medical Center. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Near 52nd and Webster Street in West Philadelphia a 28-year-old man was shot once in the head. He remains in critical condition.

About 2:00am a 36-year-old man was shot in the neck along Bancroft Street in North Philadelphia. He's in critical condition.

Police have no arrests and no motive in any of the shootings.
