Communications Workers Warn of Possible Strike Against Verizon

The Communications Workers of America (CWA) says the extension of its old contract with Verizon will expire at 12:01am on Monday. A number of issues remain unresolved.

If there's no agreemnent on a new contract with Verizon by Monday, the CWA plans to walk out on strike. The union says it will update its position sometime on Sunday.
