Police had no initial suspects in the Sunday assault of a 23-year-old South Philadelphia woman in her South Cleveland Street home.
They were hoping to release a composite sketch as early as Monday morning.
Investigators say the attacker entered the woman's home after breaking a window on the rear door of her residence.
He then demanded sex at knife point, attacked her, stole a laptop, a cell phone, and fled with a small amount of money.
The woman was treated at a local hospital and released.
