A customer at a Germantown shop made a grisly discovery Wednesday morning: an employee found bound and shot to death inside.
Just after Fakhur Uddin opened up the Rahman Body Oil, Beads, and Variety store along the 5700 block of Germantown Avenue, cops say one or two thugs forced him to the back of the place. There, they duct taped his hands and feet, and shot him in the head.
Homicide captain James Clark:
"We do know that he was robbed of some items. We don't want to get in exactly what was taken. There was some some US currency."
Joining the chorus of the 20-year-old victim's friends and family members who were trying to make sense of the senseless was Felicia, who shopped at the store:
"He didn't deserve it. He was a young kid who had a promising future, and it was just took from him."
Police were trying to determine the motive -- and find who did it.
