The new Indiana Jones movie opens in theaters with a midnight showing on Thursday morning, but members of generation "Y" couldn't see the first one in the theater when it was first released. They weren't born yet, so do they care about this one?
It's like anything else, it depends on who you ask.
Christina from Port Richmond is 25 years-old, and she thinks this movie is more appealing to men then it is to women:
"Maybe younger guys would go see it because it's an action movie and they saw it when they were younger from their father or something, but for me -- as a girl -- I really don't care."
Kate disagrees with her:
"Oh, that's sad. I'm going to go see it and I'm going to make my kid see it."
this person is on the fence:
"I was never really interested in it, but the new movie looks pretty interesting. I think I might check it out. I think our generation will like it. It's something new."
We'll see who shows up at the theater this Thursday! |
