There's more evidence that women can lower their chance of developing breast cancer by just working out.
It makes a great deal of sense but now the British Journal of Sports Medicine has taken what make sense and shown that it holds up over many studies.
According to their report, which looked at over 62 seperate studies, they found that physically active women are 25 percent less likely to to develope breast cancer. This is particularly important because it does show a particular life style interaction. In this case, excercising can help fight against this form of cancer.
Exercise has been shown to fight against several types of cancer but also helps in the battle against heart disease. It makes sense -- if you can, excercise as often as you can.
