All that shore traffic and no E-Z Pass transponder to zip through toll plazas? No problem.

Instant E-Z Pass tags are now available at two locations on the Atlantic City Expressway.

The new program launched Friday allows you to buy "E-Z Pass On the Go" tags and use them right away. You can purchase them for $29 at two locations on the A.C. Expressway, at Frank Farley plaza and the Atlantic City Visitors Center.

Joel Falk is the director of Information and Tolls Technology at the South Jersey Transportation Authority, which operates the Atlantic City Expressway.

"It contains $25 in toll value.  They can read the instructions, mount the tag on their vehicle and then use it immediately. The only thing is, within 48 hours they have to register that tag"
