by KYW's Brad Segall

Authorities in Bucks County, Pa. had a suspect is in custody and being questioned on Monday afternoon after police found the body of a man inside the trunk of a car in Morrisville earlier that morning.

Police were called to the first block of Delaware Avenue in Morrisville just after 9:30am, where they found a man dead inside the trunk of the dark colored car at right of photo above.

Police say the victim is a white male, between 40 and 45 years old. District attorney Michelle Henry says the investigation is still continuing:

“At this time police do have a suspect in custody, and a preliminary investigation indicates that the incident may have occurred in Maryland. Maryland authorities are en route to assist in the investigation.”

Henry identifies the suspect as 54-year-old Michal Tuminski. She says he recently moved to Maryland from Morrisville. Police were still working on the relationship between the two men and the cause of death.
