Two suspects have been arrested in the April 14th robbery and murder of a gas station attendant in Westampton Township, NJ (see previous story).
Burlington County, NJ prosecutor Robert Bernardi reports that both men were to appear in court on Friday afternoon.
Bernardi feels confident that with the arrest of the two suspects they've solved the murder of Abdul Rahman at the US Gas station on Route 541:
"Our office arrested a man by the name of Terrance S. Clemons [photo above], who is 20 years old. We learned there was a second individual involved. His name is Jerome L. Fossett. He and Mr. Clemons have been charged with counts of felony murder in connection with this incident."
Bernardi would not reveal what led to the arrest. He went on to say, "We have not recovered the murder weapon, but the search is continuing."
Both suspects were being held on $750,000 bail.
