Now is the perfect time of year to curl up in a comfortable arm chair with a cup of tea, sit with a sketch pad and dream - and then eventually begin to sketch plans for your outdoor living areas.
What exactly am I talking about? I’m referring to those areas outdoors where you may have lounge chairs, a dining table, an outdoor stove or an entertainment area. It may be a large flagstone terrace, a smaller redwood deck, a wooded area or a private niche in a corner of the property.
Take the measurements of the space and then make decisions on what you are using the room for and what furniture, accessories and other products you want to place in that area. When ready to buy products, make sure that their sizes will fit comfortably into the room.
