An "E-edition" of the Philadelphia Tribune is expected by early February.
The Philadelphia Tribune publisher Robert Bogle calls it a good opportunity - an
E-Edition or electronic edition of the nation's oldest and the region's largest African American newspaper:
“If you see an article or story that you like, you can click it and it will be magnified for you. The same for an advertiser, this definitely has a significant benefit for our advertisers.”
Bogle says he expects the Tribune e-Edition will greatly increase the newspaper's subscriber base to include large regional and national audiences. He says the Tribune joins a small group of newspapers nationwide that are offering e-Editions. He says the Tribune will begin charging for its e-Edition February first.
