Phila. Woman Competes in 'Sexy Vegeterian' Contest

A former Philadelphia Eagles cheerleader is a finalist in a contest for sexy vegetarians.
The contest sponsored by PETA, people for the ethical treatment of animals, is hoping to highlight vegetarians with beauty and brains. Amanda Whiting (in photo above), a former Eagles cheerleader with a degree in public relations, hopes she represents both.
Married to former Eagle Brandon Whiting, Amanda says this national contest is a great way to promote vegetarianism.
"Being vegetarian is really sexy and a long with health issues and other things that go a long with it it's really making you sexier to be a vegetarian "
The 28-year-old is competing against 15 other women to be the sexiest vegetarian, including a woman from Burlington, NJ.
