Local Newleyweds Call On Public For Missing Wedding Videos

by KYW's Brad Segall

A newlywed couple from Willow Grove, Pa. is hoping that somebody out there knows where their wedding videos are after their photographer told them they were stolen from his car.

The call came more than a week after Mary and Tom Beck got married and held their reception for more than 250 guests. She says their videographer asked if she was sitting down then told her that the camcorder and the wedding videos were stolen when his car was broken into in Montgomery Township.

Now, Mary Beck says all they have are the still pictures from the big day:

“Looking at the photos, 90 percent of our pictures had the videogapher in the background taping so we knew how much footage he had really gotten, and it was footage we were never going to be able to see.”

Anyone with information on the missing videos can contact the Becks on Craigslist.

The videographer refunded their money and offered to make a video using the still pictures.
