An FBI agent's career begins with an oath. Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI Academy Training Division Michael Fulmer:
"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic..."
Thousands of men and women apply for entry into the prestigious FBI academy in Quantico. Few are accepted.for the first time. You'll get to know them -- listen in -- as I train right beside them and following graduation.. We hit the street investigating actual cases.
"At the end of the day your goal is to become an FBI agent. And there's plenty of ways for you not to become FBI agents. Take a look around. I guarantee not everyone standing in front of me becomes an FBI agent.."
