Autopsy Set for Body Found Dead in Atlantic County, NJ

The Atlantic County, NJ prosecutor is probing the death of a woman found dead on Sunday in Northfield Township.

The Atlantic County prosecutor says police got a call around 5:30pm on Sunday, reporting a body in a mini-van parked in the 100 block of East Revere Avenue.

The prosecutor has identified the body as that of 34-year-old Amanda Carmen of Egg Harbour Township.

There was no immediate word on how the victim died. Madeline Vitale, spokeswoman for the prosecutors office said an autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
