Fifteen-year-old Dyrelle has the looks to match his charm.
(Kane:) "Is it true that you got a Valentine from a girl today?
(Dyrelle:) "Yeah, yeah, yeah."
(Kane:) "You are laughing. I want to know the story."
(Dyrelle:) "She just came up to me -- she's my best friend."
Dyrelle describes himself as funny, handsome, and energetic. He loves playing basketball and enjoys photography and graphic arts:
(Dyrelle:) "I like the designs, like how they're making designs on the computer, and make it look all different types of ways. I like looking at design."
(Kane:) "How's school?"
(Dyrelle:) "It's going all right."
(Kane:) "What are you best subjects?"
(Dyrelle:) "Right now it's math. It used to be English."
Social worker Eddie Utuk says Dyrelle would benefit from the guidance of an adopted family:
"He needs consistency, he needs structure, he needs discipline. Most importanly of all, he needs the love and attention -- definitely. Whoever it is that's going to adopt him would need to be there for Dyrelle. But Dyrelle is a very lovable person. He wants to be loved and he'll love in return."
