Music Might Help Ease Stress When Undergoing Treatment

If you've ever been through a procedure at a hospital, you know some of them can be quite stressful, especially if they're procedures that are very important and could have a diagnosis that impacts you. For instance, a procedure related to your heart. 

Well now according to a new report from Temple University, the use of music can reduce stress in heart disease patients undergoing tests.

It was a very interesting look at 23 studies and they found that those who had music involved with their heart studies actually had lower blood pressure, a lower heart rate, and there was some evidence that music could help boost mood as well.
