PSPCA's Super Pet Adoption Day

by KYW's Nan Talleno

The Pennsylvania SPCA brings you Super Pet Adoption Day this Saturday, May 16th at the Animal Care and Control Team operations center located at 111 W. Hunting Park Avenue (Front and Hunting Park) in Philadelphia.

For the first time, the ACCT is opening its doors for public adoptions. Don’t miss this one time opportunity to meet a new best friend at the ACCT. They have wonderful canine and feline friends of all breeds, ages and sizes looking for loving forever homes.

The affordable fees includes spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, three weeks of care at the PSPCA's animal hospital, annual vaccinations for the first year and 30 days of ShelterCare pet insurance. Stop by Super Pet Adoption Day at the Animal Care and Control Team operations center on Saturday, May 16, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

If you’re unable to make it, you can always stop by PSPCA’s Philadelphia Adoption Center at 350 E. Erie Avenue weekdays from 1-8 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.  Or visit www.pspca.org/events and see when their adoptable animals are coming to a location near you.  For more information, call 267-385-3800.
