The wedding industry is beginning to feel the pinch of the tight economy.
The crowd at a Haddonfield, New Jersey bridal shop for a one-day sale, Friday, shows brides are willing to bargain hunt for a dress-- normally an item on which they like to splurge.
"Brides are interested in cutting costs," says shop owner Sue Maslowski.
One shopper conceded the dress sale was a compromise.
"We had some big plans and we had to cut down a little bit.”
