Toddler Found Dead in Car Outside Buxco Daycare

Authoritiies in Bucks County, Pa. are investigating the Wednesday afternoon death of a two-year-old boy.

Police in Penndel Borough and the Bucks County DA's office say the youngster was pronounced dead at the St. Mary Medical Center in  Langhorne after being found unresponsive about 4pm Wednesday inside a car parked at a daycare center along Highland Avenue in Penndel.

The Bucks County DA's office confirmed the death, but details of the investigation were not disclosed. The boy's name, as well as his parents' names, weren't immediately released either.

The car in which the child was found was being examined by detectives after being towed to a county facility. Autopsy results were pending.

It was not immediately known how the long the boy had been in the car before being discovered.
