Three people are in the hospital after they were shot in Old City early on Sunday morning.
It happened on Letitia Street -- just off Market Street -- around 2:30am.
The victims are listed in stable condition.
Police arrested a suspect they say was spotted fleeing the scene. His name hasn't been released.
Authorities also recovered a weapon.
