Delaware County, Pa. authorities have arrested a New York City man who they say solicited sex with an infant from an undercover officer posing as a young mother.
Delaware County district attorney Mike Green says Anthony Taylor, 48, of Staten Island has been charged with traveling to Delaware County in order to engage in illicit sex.
Green says Taylor (above) responded to a post in a chat room, purported to be from a teenage mother with a 14-month-old daughter, but really from an undercover officer.
Green says they began chatting in June and communicated regularly for two months:
"That led to a suggestion that he be permitted to have intimate, and I would call, disturbing sexual contact with a 14-month-old child."
Green says Taylor told the officer his work was bringing him to Delaware County, Pa. on Wednesday, and they arranged to meet at a Dunkin Donuts, where he was taken into custody.
