Fourteen-year-old Eugene likes football and music. But he says his favorite activity is playing with his car collection:
“Bugatti, Gumpert, Bentley, Ferrari, Maserati, Monte Carlo, Lotus -- the list goes on.”
Eugene says he likes school and he gets straight As:
“I like math and science. I like science.”
Eugene has a couple of ideas of what he wants to do when he gets finished with school:
“Probably the Army, a technician -- or cars, a mechanic. Or possibly a car dealer. Own my own car dealership.”
Eugene’s social worker, Ben Magnussen, says Eugene is your typical fourteen-year-old:
“I think he’s just looking for a normal family experience that he sees a lot of his friends having. He’s not asking for a lot. I think he’s asking for the simple things -- someone to celebrate holidays with, someone to take him out on his birthday, and someone to congratulate him when he gets his straight As.
"So I think he’s just looking for a family he can call his that will help guide him through his adolescence.”
