Not so fast, Yankee fans.
The dream of a repeat championship is still alive for Phillies fans after Monday night's 8-6 win over the Yankees in game five of the World Series.
The Phillies, behind solid pitching from Cliff Lee and two home runs by Chase Utley, erased any thoughts of a Yankee title celebration in Philadelphia. And Phillies fans say while their team is still down three games to two, this win changes the momentum of the series:
"When we get back to New York, we have Pedro. Anything can happen. It really turns it around when you've got a guy like Cliff Lee who can come in and give a performance like that on the mound."
Now the series moves to the Bronx for games six and possibly seven. And Phillies fans say with only two wins necessary, why not keep dreaming of another parade?
