A teen from Ambler, Pa. is being held on murder charges after a traffic accident on Tuesday morning in Delaware County that claimed a man's life.
The crash happened at the intersection of Route 352 and Knowlton Road in Middletown Township. Police say 18-year-old Jonathan Trueheart was speeding in an SUV that plowed into a car.
Joseph Sherlock, 33, of Upper Providence Township was killed. Two other vehicles were mangled in the crash.
Trueheart is now charged with third-degree murder, homicide by vehicle, and other offenses. He's been ordered held without bail.
An investigation continues.
