Plymouth Township Police continue their search for the man who they say attempted to abduct a 16-year-old girl earlier this week.
Detective Rocco Wack explains what happened:
"On November 18th at approximately 6:30pm a female called and said she was assaulted and almost abducted in the area of Black Horse Park by School Lane."
The 16-year-old victim reports the man grabbed her from behind, punched her in the stomach, picked her up off the ground and took her to an open field:
"He is a white male in his mid twenties with a short brown or black mustache, a scar over his left eye between 5'6” to 5'8” with a thin muscular build. He was wearing a solid black hooded sweatshirt with black pants."
Police say area residents have reported seeing a man fitting this description in the area since the attack. Anyone with information is asked to call 610-279-1900.
