School is out for the summer, but high school students all over are flocking to college campuses to find the perfect fit.
The tour at Temple University starts with a video, showing the faces and opportunities on campus. Two tours are given five days a week and Niki Mendrinos, Assistant Director of Admissions, says they're popular:
"This is the popular time, especially after July 4th. People are on vacations, their going into their senior year, so they're starting their college search."
Chris Sielaff of Wisconsin is taking a nationwide tour, visiting dozens of schools. So far, he likes the smaller ones:
"Sort of the sense of community when you go there, you're not another statistic in the crowd."
Mendrinos says it used to be that students looked at three or four schools. Now they visit 15 to 20, so you need all summer.
