Woman Boards SEPTA Bus Not Realizing She'd Been Shot

Police in the city of Chester (Delaware County), Pa. are investigating a strange incident that came to light around 9am Thursday morning.

A woman boarded a SEPTA Route 110 bus and suddenly noticed that she was suffering from a gunshot wound.

Police say it appears the woman was shot somewhere in the vicinity of 9th and Wilson Streets before she boarded the  bus.

There were no immediate suspects. The woman was being treated at Crozer-Chester Hospital and being interviewed.
